Sirloin Steak

Description

Sirloin is one of the most flavorful and juiciest steaks.

Sirloin comes from the back of a beef animal, behind its ribs but ahead of the rump area. The steak is high in protein and has low fat content.

Grass fed, organic grain finished beef slaughtered by a Muslim according to Islamic standards. The beef is always hormone and antibiotic free.

Each steak is approximately 1.6 lbs.
