shipping & returns

shipping is available via UPS in the domestic US only. charges are calculated at checkout.

customers in the green colored states can use any available shipment method.

customers in the blue colored states require a shipment method with maximum two day delivery time.

local pick up is also available at our Lanham, MD office location(near diyanet center of America Masjid) by appointment only. we can also deliver(5 miles radius) locally.

all meat products are frozen and are shipped in cooled containers with ice packs and dry ice as necessary to maintain temperature.
