Description
The typical chuck roast is a rectangular cut, about 1″ thick and contains parts of the shoulder bones.
A nice alternative to brisket, the chuck roast is popular for stewing, slow cooking, braising or roasting.
Grass fed, grain finished beef slaughtered by a Muslim according to Islamic standards. The beef is always hormone and antibiotic free.
Each piece is approximately 3.5 lbs.
