Description

This steak comes from the heart of the beef tenderloin. The tenderloin is the most tender cut of beef and is also arguably the most desirable.

Grass fed, organic grain finished beef slaughtered by a Muslim according to Islamic standards. The beef is always hormone and antibiotic free.

Each steak is approximately 0.5lbs.
