Description

Also known as the Cowboy Steak, marbling gives this steak its fabulous flavor and texture while the bone seals in the juice during cooking.

Grass fed, grain finished beef slaughtered by a Muslim according to Islamic standards. The beef is always hormone and antibiotic free.

Each steak is approximately 1.2-1.5 lbs.
