Description
The T-bone is a combination of two of the most tender pieces of meat: the short loin and the tenderloin.
T-bone steaks are suited to fast, dry heat cooking methods, such as grilling or broiling.
Grass fed, organic grain finished beef slaughtered by a Muslim according to Islamic standards. The beef is always hormone and antibiotic free.
Each steak is approximately 1.5 lbs. (We have made it a bit thicker than previous cuts so that it grills better.)
